HOUSE RULES

Cell phones and pagers shall be turned OFF on the floor of convention.

No breaks are scheduled; please take care of your needs as necessary.

Rules for debate:
1) We will alternate hearing from those speaking for and
against a particular motion.

1) We will allot two minutes per speaker.
2) We will hear from all who wish to speak before anyone speaks twice.
3) In debate on the budget, no additional expenditures may be added to the budget unless they are offset by reductions elsewhere (or additional funds are provided).
