A unique opportunity to taste the wines of ancient times! Discover how classic wine evolved over the centuries into many of the wines we enjoy today. As you stroll from booth to booth, you'll be delighted by the surprisingly complex and interesting varieties of wines enjoyed during Biblical times. This fun and informative event is planned for the enjoyment of novices and wine connoisseurs alike, with experts on hand to answer your questions. Gourmet hors d'oeuvres will be served.

The Galilee Foundation is a non-profit organization raising money to renovate Camp Galilee at Lake Tahoe, which is owned and operated by the Episcopal Diocese of Nevada. Located on 8-1/2 acres of lakefront property, the Camp's 60 year old water system is failing and must be replaced at a cost of over $1 million. While rustic and charming, the camp's existing facilities are insufficient to generate enough revenue to cover the cost. Acclaimed architect Kent Cooper was retained to design a contemporary camp and conference center to accommodate youth, adult and family activities for up to 150 people, while at the same time meeting strict environmental requirements and preserving the rustic outdoor appeal of Lake Tahoe. Galilee is a special treasure in our midst.
