Ecclesiastical Trial Court of the
Diocese of Nevada

A presentment to the Ecclesiastical Trial Court may be issued only by the Diocesan Review Committee. Any charge agains a Priest or Deacon canonically resident in the Diocese of Nevada shall be in writing, verrified and addresssed to the Diocesan Review Committee. See Diocesan Canon 16 Section 3 for specifics: Members of the Trial Court are elected by the Annual Diocesan Convention.
