Review Committee
of the Diocese of Nevada

 

A presentment to the Ecclesiastical Trial Court may be issued only by the Diocesan Review Committee. Any charge agains a Priest or Deacon canonically resident in the Diocese of Nevada shall be in writing, verrified and addresssed to the Diocesan Review Committee. Members of the Trial Court are elected by the Annual Diocesan Convention. See Diocesan Canon 16 Section 3 for specifics.
