It is my great pleasure to announce the appointment of Susan Craw as Integrity Network Coordinator for the Diocese of Nevada.

An Integrity Network is composed of all of the Integrity Members and Friends in a diocese. Communication among Network Members is primarily electronic via e-mail and sometimes by phone. An Integrity Network seems most suitable for Nevada given the geography of the Diocese.

The Network communication channels might be invoked when there is an issue that effects Gay, Lesbian, Transgendered / Transsexual and Bisexual Episcopalians in Nevada. Susan hopes to involve the entire Diocese in the Network in the near future and is interested in finding an additional Network contact in the Reno area. She also hopes to launch a Network web site.

Susan can be contacted by e-mail at: scrawret@earthlink.net She will also be at Convention at Ely, and will be found at the blue Integrity Table Top display. I hope those concerned with LGBT issues will make it a point to greet Susan. Susan and her partner, Maggy, also plan to attend the "Claiming the Blessing" Conference in St Louis in November. The conference, which is being sponsored by Integrity, Beyond Inclusion and The Witness and is oriented toward claiming the blessing of inclusion for all people in the rights and rites of the Church at General Convention 2003 at Minneapolis.

I would like to encourage all Nevada Episcopalians who are concerned with GLBT issues in the Church to be in contact with Susan. I have every confidence that Susan will represent you well as you Diocesan Integrity leader.
